This is a great quality hotel in an amazing building. The breakfast is hot served with home made jam, toast, juice. The staff are very friendly, giving their best to make the stay a really nice experience. The location is central, right by Knights Rest, and lovely beach. A 10-minute walk will take you to Treats Pizza, where you can eat.

As for me location is unbeatable and excellent, really close to the sea front and town centre and restaurants. Also, it's next to Burnham-on-sea Pavillion and other attractions I wanted to see.

The breakfast with home made jam, marmalade plus toast was warm and excellent for what you got. Excellent central location really close to Close to beach / esplanade and the roundabout.

The hotel was beautifully designed and high quality and the room was airy. We really enjoyed rooms with a bedside table inbetween. The property was in a particularly good location, by the seaside. The service was excellent.

Stayed in a beautifully decorated and good sized room with a perfectly clean bathroom. Unbeatable location near the sea, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Burnham-on-Sea centre. Besides, easy to get to Burnham Beach.

The location was absolutely perfect, next to the conspicuous hill. Lucky that it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Battered Fryer, offering food to go. The room we had was airy and tidy with comfy bed, the bedroom, as for instance.

Booked a room with comfy bed. The location was peaceful for Burnham-on-Sea, near beach/esplanade, sea front, and evrything. There was Taste of the Orient near the hotel.

We had a comfortable bed and the room was clean. The location was convenient, being close to town and in a quiet street. Plus, the owners were friendly and accommodating.

There was some confusion over the arrival time, which was a bit annoying. We had originally put 11-12 for our arrival, but then found out that check-in was not until 4pm.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail in the rooms is evident, with comfortable beds and a bedside table in between. The location of the hotel is also ideal, as it is reasonably close to everything you need, including the shops and the seafront. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious, with a choice of cereals, toast, and a freshly prepared full English.

Everything was just perfect.
